We called them on a Tuesday afternoon and they picked up our old wooden deck we had taken apart on Thursday morning per our request. The price was very reasonable for a 20' X 20' wooden deck. They were here Thursday morning right on time. They text us Thursday morning letting us know they were in route. When they arrival they were quick to load and ensured the area was clean of debris. I will be using them for all my haul away.

In the wake of our other trash company shutting down and not picking up our trash, we reached out to AC. They were incredibly kind, understanding and quick to jump in to help us. Due to the influx of new customers (that were using the same company we were) they ran out of trash containers, however were quick to offer a solution for us. This company has proven to have incredibly hard workers, who never leave us hanging without notice. They do what they say they're going to do, and it means so much to us! You will be notified about your appointment when you book it. They will communicate with you on the day of your appointment. They will even give you a curiosity reminder when they are on their way. Now that's customer service to the max. I would recommend this company anytime someone inquires about junk removal service, and I will use them again. Yes, you can remove the junk on your own and pay the fee at the landfill, but why if you could have someone do all the physical labor for you, with a bonus, they don't look stress doing it.
